If you haven't already created a user for yourself, or had one created for you, please do that first. You can then log a Support Ticket, using the form provided.
Please provide a simple summary, ideally including your PC name and then as much of a description of the problem as possible.
Choose the type of issue from the drop-down menus - a Task is for new installations, new users etc and changes to existing systems.
Please be realistic about urgency when selecting - most issues are "Normal", but if a whole office is affected, that would be an "Urgent" issue.
